Packaging
All my pens and pencils come in a beautiful  gift box, encased in your choice of black leatherette or velvet. The interior is satin and velvet. For a small add-on cost, I can upgrade to one of several wood boxes, which are great for engraving.
Please note  that wood boxes are NOT handmade boxes, because they would be quite expensive to make. If you desire a custom handmade box, contact me for commission pricing.
Your pen or pencil has a warranty against defect for one year from the date of purchase. Gold plated parts carry a lifetime warranty against fading, tarnish or wear. Your warranty is valid as long as you don't abuse or damage your writing instrument. For older pens, keep your cedar plank and receipt since they are unique identifiers that validate your warranty. Note: newer pens do not have a cedar plank. For warranty service, contact the artist via the "Contact the Artist" link.
