zebrawood votive with shell inlay [SOLD]
2010-732 This zebrawood is a great wood, with striking highly contrasted grain. I decided to inlay tiny seashells with a calcite substrate, leaving the shell's voids open to create an interesting textural element. A standard tea-light fits into either of two glass inserts (both included, other colors also available). Approx. 6" dia. [SOLD]

#2010-911 Ash Desk Clock for QORQ
This is a custom clock for my brother Joe, who owns a music and sound production company called QORQ Productions. I have been wanting to do a desk clock, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity. The piece is a slab of crotch-grained Pennsylvania Ash, with the guitar hand carved and the outline gilded. The lettering is laser engraved. The clock is brass and glass. Approx 11 1/2 wide by 6 tall

#2009-727 Cherrywood oil lamp, gilded with glass insert. his cherrywood got enhanced with black and red dyes to bring out some striking grain. The interior is gilded with gold foil. Approx. 3 1/2" dia x 4" tall.

Walnut Votive with Inlay [SOLD]
#2009-728 This pretty piece of walnut was the perfect size for this Christmas votive. The green malachite and gold mica inlay combine to really dress it up. The votive come with both a red and green glass insert for that perfect decor! Approx 5" dia x 3" tall. [SOLD]

Gavel, Soundblock, and Cedar Box
Gavel and Soundblock in Tulipwood, Purpleheart, and Cedar. This was a commissioned piece for a young lady's law school graduation gift. We had it laser-engraved and silver filled with the school logo. The cedar box was custom fitted with satin cushioning, and even the top was monogrammed! Just the perfect touch for the prettier gender, don't you think?

#2008-701 Gavel in Cocobolo. This full-sized (10 3/4") gavel is finished to perfection. The fox-wedged tapered tenon joint uses African Blackwood for the wedge, and is super-strong. The 3-inch sound block is in Cocobolo and Oak. Gavels are by special order only, and are available in many wood choices. Contact the artist!

#2007-902 This is a beautiful gift to display and to show the children. Glass faceted gems inside make a pretty pattern. Zebrawood has a very bold grain with a color reminiscent of light cocoa. Shellac finish with highly polished carnauba wax. About the size of a jumbo egg. $45

#2007-716 Cedar Votive. I only partially turned this beautiful cedar block to accept the glass votive. This preserves the exceptional natural patterns in both the woodgrain and the bark. The finished faces are highly polished with carnauba wax to reflect the beauty of the cedar and to contrast the natural sweeping shapes in the top. Approx. 4 ¾” wide x 3 ½” deep x 2 ½” tall. $60

Perfume Atomizer, Cocobolo
#2007-903 This Cocobolo atomizer has a wonderful grain and color richness unique to this gorgeous wood, which finishes almost as smooth as glass. The atomizer comes with a refill bulb and has a glass vial for the perfume. Finished with tung-oil and carnauba wax. Approx. 1 ¾" dia. x 4 ½" tall. In my wife's private collection, but I can make one for you, too!
